Abstract

Training and development programs are essential human resource management practices that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies. In a rapidly changing business environment, organizations increasingly rely on continuous training initiatives to improve employee performance and achieve strategic objectives. This research article examines the role of training and development programs and their impact on employee performance. The study reviews relevant literature, discusses key training methods, and presents a comparative analysis highlighting the relationship between training initiatives and performance outcomes. The findings indicate that wellstructured training and development programs significantly improve employee productivity, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
