Author Guidelines

Introduction

The journal International Journal of Management Science and Business Conclave (IJMSABC) welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and conceptual papers in the field of management, business studies, and related disciplines. The purpose of this section is to provide prospective authors with guidance on preparing manuscripts that meet the journal’s quality and formatting standards.

Authors are expected to present well-structured, original, and plagiarism-free content that contributes to the academic and practical understanding of the subject. Manuscripts should clearly state the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions, with proper references following APA style.

Guidelines for Manuscripts (Font and Style)

  • File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Font: Use Times New Roman, size 12 for the main text, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Margins: Use 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Headings:
    • Main headings: Bold, size 14
    • Sub-headings: Bold, size 12
  • References: Follow APA style for all citations.
  • Tables and Figures: Embed within the text, properly labeled and referenced.

Format for Manuscripts

Each manuscript should include the following sections:

Title Page

  • Title of the manuscript (concise and informative).
  • Full names of all authors.
  • Email IDs, mobile numbers, and designations of all authors.
  • Clearly identify the corresponding author.

Abstract

  • 150–200 words summarizing research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

Keywords

  • 4-6 keywords reflecting the core themes of the paper.

Main Text

  • Introduction: Present the research problem, objectives, and significance.
  • Literature Review: Summarize existing research and highlight gaps addressed by the study.
  • Methodology: Describe research design, data collection methods, and analytical techniques.
  • Results: Present findings with appropriate tables and figures.
  • Discussion: Interpret results, linking to research questions and existing literature.
  • Conclusion: Summarize key findings, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
  • References: Consistently follow APA style.

Tables and Figures

  • Insert within the text near where first cited.
  • Number sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
  • Provide clear and descriptive captions.

Acknowledgments (if any)

  • Recognize contributions that do not warrant authorship.

Appendices (if any)

  • Include supplementary material relevant to the content.

Submission Details

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts via email to: ijmsabc@gmail.com.

Each submission must include the following:

  • A cover letter clearly declaring that the manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • The manuscript prepared strictly according to the Author Guidelines.
  • Full details of all authors, including names, designations, institutional details, email ID, and mobile number.
  • Identification of the corresponding author for communication.

All submissions are acknowledged within 3-5 working days, after which they enter the double-blind peer review process. Authors are notified of the review outcome, which may include acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection.
