Abstract

In the digital era, social media platforms have emerged as influential tools for brand communication, consumer engagement, and reputation management. Businesses increasingly rely on sentiment analysis techniques to assess public perceptions and adjust their brand positioning strategies accordingly. This study explores how social media sentiment analysis can be effectively used to refine brand positioning strategies across digital platforms. Using descriptive and analytical methods, the research analyses secondary data from Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube sentiment studies, highlighting trends in consumer emotions and attitudes. The findings suggest that brands leveraging real-time sentiment insights can align their communication strategies with audience expectations, enhance brand trust, and improve market competitiveness. The paper concludes by emphasizing the need for integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning-based sentiment tools into marketing decision-making to sustain long-term brand equity.
